The Development Process

Feasibility StudyWe start by thoroughly assessing potential success factors across various areas, encompassing technical, operation, and commercial requirements. Once that is completed, we will align with you to initate the project. Once all aspects are set and prepared, you can seamlessly transition to the live environment and commence making bookings!

Development & CertificationYou can then initiate integration with our API as needed. Our technical support team will be available to assist with the integration as you go. We strongly advise following our best practices during development, as you will be the one developing and carrying out system testing on your website. After comprehensive testing in Traveloka’s sandbox environment, Traveloka will then conduct certification to ensure seamless integration. Once all aspects are set and prepared, you can seamlessly transition to the live environment and commence making bookings!

LaunchPrior to the launch of your new website, the following operational process will need to be done to ensure smooth collaboration:
  • We will establish a new finance account for you. The “signed contract” and “signed vendor registration form (AVRF)” are essential documents.
  • Collaborative planning between you and Traveloka’s connectivity team is essential to anticipate incoming traffic and allocate sufficient resources for the website launch.
